Single mum to two wonderful kids, just starting probation year with a P2 class.

Why did you start subscribing?

Easy-to-read way of keeping up with educational developments, unlike most journal articles I was trying to cope with at uni.

Who reads your copy?

My daughter, who’s studying linguistics at Lancaster University, likes articles on literacy.

What do you read first?

The editor on page 4, to decide which articles to go to.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Perhaps a dedicated section for probationers andor students.

What’s the best thing we’ve done?

Linking to Twitter, so that I know what I’ll be reading even before I get home.

What would you be excited to see on the front page?
