When appointed, I moved from England to Scotland and needed to become more familiar with Scottish education since I left in 1988.

What do you read first?

The interview, as it provides background to many interesting people I’ve met and worked with.

What should there be more of in TESS?

There could be more on universities’ role in education, especially as we’re all thinking about partnerships with schools.
