Swim out of stress

Have you any suggestions on how to deal with stress. Rising pressures at work combined with the attitude and poor behaviour of many students have led me to breaking point.

Stress is a powerful energiser. I tend to ride the wave while trying to control it. Of course, it is then difficult to wind down out of work. Recently I started to swim again and was amazed to find that not only did it calm me down but that I would spend the time without thinking about anything else; the natural desire to stay afloat encompassed all. Just imagine that!
