Teachers are being urged to take pupils on school trips to the newly-built Millennium Centre in Cardiff by Gethin Lewis, secretary of the National Union of Teachers Cymru. Theatre fan Mr Lewis said depriving pupils of school visits to the centre and museums could deny many children of access to the arts.
