So the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) supports the Tory policy of freeing teachers to teach. Would this be the same CPS which was set up by the Tories as a “think” tank and whose advice they used when in government to support the policies which created the “tight, centralised and target-driven control of the education system” with its “burden of paperwork” and removed teachers’ freedom to teach in the first place?
