(Photograph) - Tasty: Chef Nick Nairn met staff and students of Kilmarnock College recently to give his culinary blessing to a book of recipes compiled by Garry Allan, the college’s head of catering and hospitality. Season to Taste grew out of the weekly cookery slot which Garry hason Ayr-based West Sound radio. Nick Nairn commended its “terrific range of menus for every occassion” and added: “I find it encouraging to see this level of enthusiasm for catering demostrated by those teaching the next generation of chefs.”
