A MATHS teacher responded to “discriminatory treatment” at his school by creating a bomb filled with steel balls - and planting it in a neighbouring school, it is alleged by police. The blast at the school in Chiba, near Tokyo, injured a girl pupil. Police said the teacher used gunpowder from fireworks to make the device.
