A teatime treat from Taylors

Carroll Sturdy, from Clare middle school, Suffolk, says she and her colleagues are in desperate need of a staffroom treat. The school is, she says, sadly underpowered: the head is recuperating after a knee op, the deputy is off with mumps and the head of Year 8 is recovering from surgery.

Other teachers are suffering seasonal coughs and colds, and the assistant head is doing a stirling job of running the school with an army of supply staff.

She asks if she can win our Bettys and Taylors giveaway on the sympathy vote. Aaah, go on then. Get well soon, everybody, and enjoy a Taylors Yorkshire Tea Break Time kit. It includes a teapot, four bone china mugs, a dozen tasty Yorkshire tea loaves and, of course, plenty of Yorkshire tea.

Bettys and Taylors is a traditional family business based in North Yorkshire that specialises in high-quality foods, such as handmade cakes and chocolates, fine teas, exclusive coffees and luxury biscuits. You can order online for delivery anywhere in the UK and beyond. For more information, visit: www.bettysandtaylors.co.uk.
