Any troubled teenagers in your class who could do with some independent advice? If so, the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) has a new support website for teenagers aged 12-16 - There4me.com. They can get common-sense general advice on a wide range of topics from bullying to abuse and, if they need more, NSPCC “e-advisers” are available online to field questions and help with “1-2-1” sessions. For the extra service teenagers have to log on and anonymity is supported. There’s even advice on how to remove evidence of the site visit. There’s considerable depth, however, without even having to register.
