The Government’s New Deal to help the long-term unemployed will beheaded by private industry in 10 regions of England and Wales, employment minister Andrew Smith said this week. He announced five further companies taking a lead: SEETEC Business Technology Centre (Colchester), MARI Group (Tyneside North), Capita Group (Solihull). TP Training (West Lanes) and Manpower PLC (Bridgend and Glamorgan Valleys).
