A disciplinary matter

Shock news. The National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers "came out" this week - by supporting a government policy. The union, which normally rails against governments and all their works, sent a motion to the STUC's annual congress in which it "congratulates the Minister for Education and Young People on the good first steps he has taken to improve discipline in Scottish schools".
