After another week of bickering, I ask myself: "what is teamwork?" As a manager I have little influence over one colleague being willing to fill in or support another. Unlike a football manager, I do not have a touchline view of events and cannot direct play. How do I make it happen?

the more people feel under pressure to complete their work, the less they are willing to help others. Teachers everywhere feel overwhelmed by work and this leads to a feeling of isolation. Get to the root of this problem and you'll have your answer.
