A fair-trade feast for your class

Tina Jurado's six-week teaching practice at Alverstoke junior school in Gosport was, she says, "an absolute delight". And so the PGCE student has nominated her Year 5 class for this week's box of Dubble fair-trade chocolate bars.

"I was daunted by the prospect of teaching 35 pupils and entered the school with some trepidation," she says. "While, as in any classroom, there were the ones you had to watch, I found them a delight to teach. Spurred on by the self-confidence and satisfaction they have given me, I can't wait to teach my own Year 5 class, come September."
