A register for primary work

A group of geographers well-known in the primary field is proposing to put together a register of research encompassing the primary pupil's geographical understanding of places and the effects of age, gender, class, culture and learning difficulties upon successful understanding of geographical patterns and processes. Contributions are invited from the teaching profession, teacher training estab lishments, advisory and inspection teams. Details from Rachel Bowles, telfax 0181 858 5685.
