A whole new searching experience

Alaistair Wells of Netherhall School in Cambridge recommended this one. We are all loyal to our own search engines, but we owe it to ourselves to look at new ones. Vivisimo is new and produces results in a totally different way. Instead of just listing sites that it finds as a result of working on your search terms, it also attempts toclassify the sites under headings. Search for "Jazz" and the results appear in separate files under artists, magazines, classic Jazz, records, Jazz singers, Jazz festivals, Jazz archives, cool Jazz, Jazz and Blues, Jazz improvisation. I can see this making searching a little easier for some students.
