Recently rebuilt, Lincolnsfields can cater for up to 70 pupils plus 10 staff in purpose-built log cabin-style dormitories. Specialising in residential visits for pupils from inner-city schools, the complex is built on greenbelt land, and includes an environmental study area, pond and woodland. Key attractions are a giant indoor adventure playground on three floors - Activity World - and, outdoors, Farmyard Funworld, where children can feed and hold animals. Study materials can be provided for curriculum topics at key stages 23. Lincolnsfields is a registered charity and prices are from pound;35 per child for three days. www.lincolnsfields.co.uk; tel: 01923 233841
