Further confirmation, as if it were needed, of the different value placed on 11 and 14-year-olds. Just study the size of the advertisements in The TES (October 21) for markers. The advertisement for markers for 14-year-olds is almost twice the size of that for markers for 11-year-olds. Dare I suggest that the markers for 14-year-olds will be paid more?
