A FORMER lecturer in travel and tourism who won an unfair dismissal claim against Motherwell College, after wrongly stating on her application form that she had O grade arithmetic, is seeking pound;20,000 n compensation.

An employment tribunal had continued its consideration of Margaret McMillan's case until Monday, having earlier ruled that she was 75 per cent to blame for her sacking.
