Aide-memoire of the great leader

9th January 2004 at 00:00
It is indeed alarming that many teachers do not know that Charles Clarke is Secretary of State for Education. Urgent remedial action needs to be taken.

I would suggest that a portrait of the great leader be displayed in every school staff room from January 2004 and that staff are tested on the question again at Easter.
