FUTURE top performers on the sports field will be helped by two new programmes launched by the English Sports Council. World Class Start and World Class Potential aims to bring about consistently good results in the major competitions by spotting and nurturing talented young people. These are part of the council's World Class Performance programme which began two years ago.
