Anger overmilk cuts

12th January 1996 at 00:00
Fife has "deplored" the Government's decision to opt out of the European Union's milk subsidy scheme for secondary school children and for all school catering, which takes effect at Easter (page nine). The report suggests that the move would undermine the council's policy of providing "nutritional meals at affordable prices".
