Any cuts here?

Parent teacher associations have been asked to say what they know and think about cuts in teachers' class contact time. The Scottish Parent Teacher Council has launched a survey of members to assess how the changes are affecting pupils. Judith Gillespie, the council's development manager, says evidence so far has been "anecdotal".
