Applications flood in for Young school

The west London free school planned by author Toby Young has received 445 applications for just 120 places. Another of the independent schools proposed for Hammersmith and Fulham is also oversubscribed. Elsewhere in the borough, 63 parents have applied for 60 places at Ark Conway Primary Academy and 632 parents have applied for 240 places at the new Hammersmith Academy.
