The Jorvik Viking Centre, Coppergate, York, has produced a key stage 1-2 pack linked to study "Romans, Anglo-Saxons and Vikings in Britain". The activities ask the children to become archaeological detectives, gleaning details from the objects uncovered during the dig at the Coppergate site, and from the reconstructed Viking street. It costs Pounds 10 plus Pounds 3.50 postage. Tel: 01904 613711 or 01904 643211 or e-mail: jorvik@jvcyork.demon.co.uk
