Assault with a balloon

CANADA: A charge of assault with a weapon - carrying a maximum sentence of 10 years - has been brought against a 17-year-old who lobbed a water balloon at one of his teachers on the last day of term in London, Ontario. On Friday a 14-year-old Florida boy who shot his teacher after being suspended for throwing water balloons was sentenced to 28 years in prison. Full story
