Don't be rude

Emphasise the importance of good manners in an assembly on rudeness.

Encourage pupils to explore what rudeness is, their own behaviour and its impact on others. A PowerPoint shared by clare2470 is packed with thought-provoking questions that can tie in with your school's code of conduct.

Wrap up your assembly by asking pupils to reflect on what they have learned and what the future may hold for someone who is persistently rude.
