Assembly of the week

12th October 2012 at 01:00

Heroes

From the famous to the ordinary, explore what it means to be a hero in poppy52's assembly.

Start by asking pupils what it is to be heroic and who their heroes are. Introduce typical examples, such as Doctor Who, James Bond and well-known footballers. Then get pupils to think about people who are heroes but not famous.

Finally, ask them to think about how they could be heroic. bit.lyTESHeroes
