Bac backs history but makes a martyr of RE

As a follower of Islam, I find it somewhat ironic that Michael Gove has been referring to the "five pillars" of the English Bac, given that religious education has so far been excluded from the list of permitted humanities subjects. Perhaps his use of language indicates he could soon have a change of heart on the issue?
