Almost half of teenagers are reprimanded because their reading material is not considered "proper" by adults. The Read Up, Fed Up report by the National Year of Reading questioned 1,340 teenagers and found that four out of their top 10 reads were websites. Celebrity publication Heat and teen magazine Bliss were the most popular, while the most disliked included Shakespeare.
