Headteacher or magician? Can the two be differentiated when state schools are given insufficient funds to provide adequate resources? It is unfair that parents and charities have to contribute to schools.
It is dreadful that schools can no longer be classed as free. Where does that leave the poorer children in our society? If schools are "being kept afloat" by outside organisations then the system is at fault. This means that the disadvantaged suffer because of an unfair society.
How can standards rise when there aren't enough funds to run a school effectively?
