Teacher Paul Coleman is facing a pound;35,000 legal bill after a City banker won a battle to force him out of a bedsit in an Edwardian house. The 58-year-old photography and science teacher says that he has savings of only about pound;200 and will not be able to pay.

John Wilson and wife Michelle won an order to make him leave the property in Wimbledon, south-west London, in 35 days. Mr Coleman has been offered other accommodation.
