A 13-year-old Toronto schoolboy is leading the Unicef campaign to highlight world poverty. Bilaal Rajan, a Unicef youth ambassador, kicked off his shoes in a "barefoot challenge" to mark International Children's Day on Tuesday, and raised funds to help combat poverty in developing countries. He is the author of a best-selling book, Making Change: Tips from an Underage Overachiever, described as an operating manual for making a difference, irrespective of age.
