The Executive has annnounced a further increase in its scheme aimed at encouraging parents to read with their children, with an injection of another pound;300,000 on top of the pound;1.3 million which has already spawned 1,070 schemes across Scotland. One such is "blokes into books" targeted at workers in the St Fergus gas terminal in Aberdeenshire.
