Boy sues schoolover bullying

A teenager is to sue his former private school for breach of contract alleging that it failed to protect him from bullies. Lawyers acting on behalf of John Thompson, 18, plan to issue proceedings against Berkhamsted collegiate school next month. The Hertfordshire school insists it investigated the bullying and gave the boy plenty of pastoral support.
