Brainwave, anyone?

Children are being challenged to come up with ideas for improving young people's lives in Wales over the next 20 years. Marking the 20th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Assembly government has launched a nationwide competition to collect proposals on how the aims of the convention can be realised.
