New pound;28 million campus is tipped to be named as the UK's best public building

Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College's new pound;28 million campus is tipped to be named as the UK's best public building by the Prime Minister. Chosen as one of 24 out of a total of 125 entries for the shortlist, the Birmingham college will learn if it has won the PM's Better Public Building Award on October 14.
