Buckinghamshire - Young painters on show

12th February 2010 at 00:00

Seven-year-olds at Great Missenden CofE Combined School in Buckinghamshire are preparing for an art exhibition.

They will be working with artist Jonathan Middlemiss on works inspired by the theme of islands. The result will be exhibited in the village's art gallery alongside Mr Middlemiss's recent paintings, ceramics and installations.

The collaboration has been organised by Outdoor Culture, a company which organises landscaped-based art projects.

The exhibition at One Church Street Gallery runs until February 28. Children's work is due to go on display on February 12. HW.
