Bullying claimat the DfES

Fifteen per cent of staff at the Department for Education and Skills say they have been bullied or harassed in the past year, an internal survey has found.

Only 30 per cent said the department was well managed, but 71 per cent said they worked reasonable hours, 54 per cent were satisfied with their job and 40 per cent were satisfied with their pay.
