Businesses and education providers have unveiled details of a new, employer-led approach to tackling the skills problem in Wales. The Sectors Skills Agreements are intended to ensure that education and training more closely meet the needs of employers. The first four agreements cover information technology, audio-visual industries, construction, and science, engineering and manufacturing technologies.
