Does Rothesay Academy exist? HMI and our Education Minister seem to think so although, according to the inspectors' report on the school last week, it doesn't exist nearly as well as it should.

A different picture emerges if you try to log on to the school's website.

In fact, no picture emerges at all, just the words "coming soon". If the school is indeed to enjoy a second coming, nobody will be more pleased than HMI and the minister.
