(Photograph) - A voucher-tearing stunt outside the London offices of Capita, the administrators of the Government's nursery voucher scheme, attracted about 20 parents and their children. A member of the Campaign Against Vouchers in Education, Sarah Buckland from the London borough of Westminster, tore up her son's voucher as a protest against Capita sending out voucher application forms to all parents of four-year-olds.
