Cards designed to score with boys

FOOTBALL cards with revision information on one side and footie facts on the other feature in booster materials for key stage 3 tests launched by the Government this week. Study tips also appear on a website set up for the 14-year-olds. Last year 67 per cent of pupils hit the target level 5 or above but girls did better than boys.
