Ah, what's in a word? The Educational Institute of Scotland's advice to teachers on healthy eating contains practical advice, such as, er, eat healthily.

It also praises examples of good practice around the country, such as in North Lanarkshire where, through the authority's incentive scheme, each secondary pupil has "a chip card to receive school meals".
