Modern studies teachers are working with history and geography teachers more closely than ever to map out the role of the three social subjects in citizenship education. The Social Subjects Citizenship Liaison Group established by Learning and Teaching Scotland aims to provide clear advice to decision-makers about what these subjects can offer citizenship education.
