Citizenship's stature needs to be raised

Critics of the stultifying national curriculum will no doubt be delighted to see that progressive curriculum reformer Professor Robin Alexander has apparently been given a knighthood in Joe Hallgarten's article. Does Mr Hallgarten know something about the impending curricular reforms that the rest of us don't?
