THE TES would like to make it clear that, as reported on February 19, 1999, Voss Net plc provides free Internet access to pupils, parents and teachers in schools which sign up for the Free Computers for Education scheme. This is different from The TES's own Learnfree service which, in addition to providing free connection to the Internet to anyone irrespective of whether their school has registered with us, provides access to exclusive educational content on the Learnfree website designed for teachers, parents and pupils. Details of Voss Net's scheme for schools can be obtained on www.vfree.com or by telephone on 0800 0526179. For a free CD rom enabling you to access The TES's free service, telephone Learnfree on 0845 3000 635 or download the software from www.learnfree.co.uk or see the advertisement on page 32 in Friday magazine this week.
