Class sizesset to rise

There will be "significantly fewer" teachers in schools at the start of the new session in August, the Association of Directors of Education has predicted. A survey of members indicates larger class sizes, less subject choice in secondaries, little or no specialist support for children with special needs and reduced provision for musical tuition.
