As Arsenal plays catch-up behind Manchester United in the football Premiership, we hear whispers that the club's educational arm is about to unveil "The Official Arsenal key stage 2 English and maths workbooks". This comes hot on the heels of Old Trafford's "Official Manchester United key stage 2 English and maths workbooks". These included a chilling series of questions appearing to promote the club's mrchandise ("Jordan has pound;30 to spend. If he buys a pair of shorts has he enough money left for a keyring and a programme?") So, can we look forward to similar delights from the cuddly Gunners? Publisher Letts says the books are still at the printers but promises that the Arsenal maths course will "feature some reference to managing your money within the context of the club's shop". Double phew!
