Colombian connection

Teachers and students from a mid-Wales high school are travelling to Colombia to forge closer cultural and educational links between the UK and South America. Head John Hopkins, three teachers and nine students from Gwernyfed High School in Brecon will meet their counterparts from schools in the Colombian capital Bogota and the city of Medellin to plan joint projects as part of the British Council's Connecting Classrooms scheme.
