Commonwealth wonders

The Commonwealth Institute's "Vision for the Future" programme includes: new regional exhibitions on Commonwealth countries; thematic exhibitions on tourism and sport; a high-tech, multi-media information centre; and a new education centre.

Its "Wonders of the World" exhibition, due to open mid-1996, will involve interactive displays and a journey, using state-of-the-art simulator technology, through various "scenic stations" covering places, climates, natural hazards, landforms, ecosystems, environment, travel, maps and globes.
